Today, I have decided to write about children's situation all over the Earth, but specially in the third world. In my personal opinion, this is a topic that everyone speaks about, although very few people know really how hard their lifes are.
Firstly, it must be said that the situation of African children isn't the same as ours. The majority of them, have serious problems to get food or even something to drink. That is the reason why people, mostly women, have to walk for kilometres with something similar to a bucket on their heads.
As I have said, African children haven't got enough to eat and drink. One of the consequences of this is malnutrition. Malnutrition causes other problems, like illnesses and in the worst case the death. As we can read in the World Health Organization, an estimated 10.6 million under-five children die each year, 4.6 million of whom die in African Regions. If you want to read more, click here After saying all this, I have to mention that as it is obvious, their life is harder than ours so we must realise the privileges we have.
